All of our planners are manufactured in Cairns, QLD.
Who makes the planners?
Our team hole punches, assembles & hand-coils every
single planner locally in Cairns, QLD
Where do you get your planner supplies/materials from?
All of our planner materials & components are sources
from Australian suppliers/manufacturers. The only component we have to import
are our Gold aluminium coils.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Who ships my order?
All orders are shipped by Australia Post regular or express postage options.
When will my order ship?
Australia Posts shipping times commence after your order has finished processing.
How long are the current shipping times?

How long is processing?
Processing time will vary, and we will have this displayed on the checkout page. Processing time is when your order is picked & packed and can vary depending on the time of year and current volume of orders. Common peak times are during launches, cyber weekend promotions and Christmas promotions.
Is there tracking?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number
once your order is ready to ship. If you do not receive this email, please

Can I do a bulk order for my school?
Yes, we absolutely do bulk orders for schools at a discounted rate if your order is 10+ planners. Please email us at support@thefunctionalteacher.com.au to get started.
Do you offer custom planners for my business/school?
If you are interested in creating a completely custom planner for your school/business, we would love to manufacture this locally for you. Please email support@thefunctionalteacher.com.au with more details about your project and we can let you know if we’d be the right fit!
Can we collaborate on a planner?
If you have a planner design and would like a local Australian manufacturer, we are happy to discuss this project. At this time, we
